We have built a custom database for our patients and we are trying to send emails through the Marketing Automation app but the contact emails are not being pulled in so when an email sends it just says cancelled.
Does anyone have any clues? I have the target set as the database and the unicity set as patient. If I change the target to Contact and set the unicity to Email the email sends and goes straight to cancelled state.
Can give someone access to have a look. My developers can't figure it out.
