Why only the admin account can close the session when I add Authorized employees on pos config?

The close button will be shown for users who has "Manager" access to POS or if the employee ( cashier ) has a user account even if you give it "User" access in POS.
So that's mean each employee will use POS and you want to show close button you have to have a user for him and link the employee to that user.
