By default notifications (by mail) from the CRM have "Re: <opportunity>" as subject, where <opportunity> is the opportunity name. So, for example when you create an opportunity "My Big Deal" for customer "Some Rich X", you'll get an email with as subject "Re: My Big Deal".


I would like to change that to "[Odoo] • Some Rich X • My Big Deal". How can I do that?

When is this notification triggered? When creating a new opportunity in the crm module or by another action?

This happens at all stage changes, notes etc. Everything that triggers a chatter action.
