Hello,

Both my outgoing and incoming servers have been tested and pasted the connection test.

But when i send an email from the messaging in the crm, it is delivering but it takes more than 30 mins idk why someone help me

Hi Xavi

I'm on v13 on-prem but it should be the same for v12:

The mail queue is a scheduled run thats default to 60 min (can't really remember the default value because thats one of the first things I change).

So to change that: Login as adminstrator, Activate developer mode, Go to configuration, Click the technical menu, and from that list select scheduled actions option. There you'll find the Email: Email queue manager, and you can change the value.

thanks man , can u help with mail notification for certain stage in CRM like when its changed a mail should go using code not automated actions

Sorry Xavi dont use CRM (yet), so got no clue
