I have created a new Theme for Odoo 12 (in EN and AR), the theme works fine on my Environment. But when the theme is copied to live environment, the EN site loads fine, but the AR site goes Grey completely. Can any suggest how to approach this problem. There is no evident error in console.

One more observation, when I enter 'debug=assets' in URL, all the CSS giving 404 error. So, the CSS is not loading.

Hi Ermin,

Thanks for your reply. RTL Packages are installed fine. Also, I don't see any error in the logs while loading the page. We are currently clueless what is causing this issue. Any other guidance you can share?

Have you setup your server properly to handle arabic? Did you install the necessary RTL packages such as rtlcss? Please check the installation documentation:

https://www.odoo.com/documentation/12.0/administration/install.html#dependencies

Check also your log entries to make sure this is the cause of your issue. It can also happen that errors in the translation lead to such issues.
