Observed Behaviour: A newly registered user tries to post a message to the forum. It looks like it is accepted, but the message does not appear.
Expected Behaviour: When a new user starts a discussion thread, the title is visible in the forum list and the message can be read, if the link in the title is followed.
Hi,
When new users post question in the forum it comes to moderation first, it will not appear in the questions list, until someone approve the question.
In the above image you can see the two buttons Accept and Reject. The question get visible in the forum when some one accept the question.
Once the new user have certain Karma the Post will not go to moderation and will get posted directly.This mechanism will help you reject lot of spam posts, not intended questions, malicious remarks, Also some post will not be in english which can also be rejected, also if the question is duplicate it can also be rejected.
