Somehow i seem to get price visible without VAT for some.
How can i get it to show price inc VAT as default?

No there is no option for vat there. And even if i just have "Public Pricelist" active there it does not change.

Sales / pricelists / default price lists. you can configure from there. if you are still having trouble, you should check your setup.
