Dumped Odoo 10 database from one Windows 10 machine. Copied it into Odoo 10 on another Windows 10 machine. No errors. But the web login page for the moved database on the new machine is unformatted and subsequent pages are unformatted and without content. Demo Odoo data on the new machine looks and works fine. Ideas?

Same result with Edge and Chrome. Sample database works, restored/copied database doesn't work.
