I want to combine "06/08/2016" into one.

How to combine it - many2many?

Hi DHA Medic,
You can combine it with others on the same date by a button action.
create a button in the top of the tree view. search the records with the same user and same date then merge them and delete the other records.

OR
you can do one thing, check when the records are created, time of creating a new record just check is there any record available with the same user and same date then do not allow to create a new record just update the older one with new data, otherwise create a new record.
