I am trying to enter the invoice_report to edit the sequence on these numbers in 15.1.
However, only 3 reports show up under sequences.
Am I not admin? And how so I know? This is a 1-user environment.

Hi,
From odoo 14 the sequence number for invoice is not generated using ir.sequence model, it is based on the previous entries made in this journal.
If you need to change the sequence number, use the re sequencing feature: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1OlfwZcPlrg
