When I click Add a bank account in on the enterprise version running locally, I don't get the bank selection list. Only the manual entry screen for create a bank account.

Hi Kurt Appelmans,
Please check whether you have forgot to add the Enterprise addons path to the server path or not.
If you have already loaded the addons path, then please upgrade the "Accounting (account_accountant)" Module for 1 time and then check again.

Indeed, I was not using the correct accounting app. I was using om_account_accountant.
