Hello! i need help very urgent!

My database was blocked and was free! 

Te message say: the most likely reason is that odoo enterprise subscription has expired . this service will be automatically reactived if you renew it. 

But the problem is that my subscription was free and don´t understand why have to pay, and is like all the dates in my count was delete.
