I have an issue that I don't find how to resolve it:

I would like to have a new table which the user can have two multiple choices.

However, the second multiple choice depends of the result of the first multiple choice.

For example:

The first field, they will have choose between: Mail, Email, Phone

The second field:

- If it is mail -> Choice between Transporter, Client

- If it is phone -> Received or give

- If it is Email -> Received, Give, or CC.

Is it possible to do something like this? If yes, how is it possible?
