Could you please advise what are the pros in setting up Multicompanies inside the Single company?

We have a Service business in several countries with legal entities in these countries. 

COA is the same for all legal entities, currency is the same, employees are the same across companies. So from the real point of view, the difference is in bank accounts and contracts with customers (e.g. US legal entity has a contract with US customer). 

So in order to simplify the usage of Odoo for all Employees we are thinking about the setup of Single company + add all Legal entities as separate accounts and Journals in COA (e.g. Expenses US; Expenses Europe).

So the main question is - what issues, inconveniences or limitations should we expect in the case of setting up Single company instead of Multicompany?
