Hi Team,

We are having an issue with our Odoo instance in that a user account has completely disappeared from within the Users section.  And when I try and add back the user, it tells me that the email is already taken.  This means that the account is still there, but we cant see it or use it.


Thoughts?

Check inactive users

Thanks Mohammed....   I don't know how I missed this, however you were right, I just need to select the inactive user filter and the user appeared.  Thanks!
