I have successfully created and tested the campaign. 


I have not changed any email / outgoing settings. 


The campaign is running but no emails have been sent.

If your campaign is running but no emails have been sent, the issue is usually related to the email queue or outgoing mail server configuration in Odoo. Even if you haven’t changed any email settings, it’s possible that the outgoing mail server is inactive, misconfigured, or the emails are stuck in the queue. To fix this, go to Settings → Technical → Emails → Emails and check whether the messages from your campaign are listed there. If they are, review their status — if marked as “Outgoing” or “Exception,” it means they haven’t been sent yet. Next, check Settings → Technical → Email → Outgoing Mail Servers to ensure the SMTP server is properly configured and the credentials are still valid. Finally, verify that the Odoo Email Queue (Mail Scheduler) is running; you can manually trigger it under Settings → Technical → Automation → Scheduled Actions → Mail: Email Queue Manager by clicking Run Manually. Once the mail server and scheduler are confirmed to be working, the campaign emails should start sending automatically.
