Is it possible to setup 2 separate live chat channels for the same site.
For instance 1 for the whole web site with a set of operators and an other channel for specific urls for instance /contactus ?

Hi Ray,
Thank you for your answer. I was able to create 2 live chat channels but the problem is on the website setting under features: you have to choose "Live chat channel of your website"
There you can only choose one. So how can I set it up so that the same website uses 2 different channels for 2 different urls?

Yes.
You can create as many channels as you like.
You can also not publish a channel so only those with the URL are able to chat with you.
