when employee take a legal leave for one day then in payslip display the number of day's he is attend and deduct it from the payslip,
But logically if the leave in type legal does not deduct from the payslip?
How to tell odoo if the leave in type legal do not deduct it from payslip ?

If the type is legal, you have to add a legal leave rule for salary. In the conjunction of which, you can use https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/10.0/hr_timesheet_payroll/ module to find payroll based on timesheet.
