1-former _cost_per_unit has two decimals only and give former cost not true so hoe to increase decimals to 4
2- landed cost value how to pay it in accounting section

For your questions,
1. Unfortunately, by default not possible on former _cost_per_unit but on former cost you can increase decimals (with debug mode go to setting > Technical > Database > Decimal Accuracy) .
2. For that you have to manually release the payment(payment voucher)
