item with subitems

hi,
i am new and need help to solve this issue.
i have inventory of computers, each computer have different model make and configuration.
i can make item and sub items but lets say if i have Lenovo x220 laptops as a single item, this single item have a specification like processor, ram, harddisk etc.
if i have 20 units of Lenovo x220 each one have different specifications. and some time we change specification as per customer requirement. importantly we want to know which lenovo have what parts

if want to sale Lenovo Model 1020 (with 1 GB Ram and 30 GB Of Hard,....etc) with sale price 150$
and if you want to sale Lenovo Model 1030 (with 2 GB Ram and 50 GB of Hard ...etc) with Sale Price 180$
and you can also sale out Ram as well as Hard Drive as single unit with different price yes it's possible .

if you have this case then Odoo Product Bundle for this you have to active Odoo manufacturing Module and you can full fil your needs. sale by parts sale whole set of product....

Hi,
I think better you can use the concept of the product variants. You can create a * product named 'Lenovo' *, then you can enter the attribute such as processor, ram , harddisk etc.
