Is there anyway to hide the quotation to the portal view and not public view? And also hide the "communication history" for internal users only?

How can I limit the access for the customer-specific portal view only, not publicly, of the quotations? 

Then hide this "Communication history" and only internal users can see it?

What we only have in Privacy section is:
• Cookies Bar
• Customer Account
• Shared Customer Accounts
• Ecommerce Access
