Is there any module for system maintenance for IT Administration in odoo9?

Question

In my organization we have 100 systems,so if any system is getting trouble or repaired then employee will raise a ticket for that repair to IT Department.For these purpose we need one module.Please let me know is there any existing module in odoo9
