There is no need of adding Community addons to the enterprise because they are already available in the enterprise.If you are looking for adding the community third party modules you can add if you are not using the Odoo online.And some community third party modules will not compatible with the enterprise edition(Eg:Theme Modules). You can deploy the supported apps from the Odoo apps itself or through GitHub.

Yes you can add third party addons to your odoo enterprise instance, it can only be done if the odoo enterprise is hosted on premise or in odoo.sh , if you are a odoo online user, you cannot add third party modules to it.
