I'm having a problem with my customers who use Outlook/Exchange online for email.

When I send them an invoice, it goes into spam, or doesn't get delivered at all due to it being classified as phishing.

I've verified my SPF, DKIM, and DMARC is set up correctly, no IPBL or DNSBLs, PTR record is set. I'm using an Exchange 2019 Server. Gmail has no problems receiving my invoices.

I think it might have something to do with Outlook not liking the return path or mail from address in my email

When I send out of odoo my return path/mail from is bounce+###-account.move-##@domain.com

Can this be forced to my regular email?

Replying to my own post because I can't reply to people. I wasn't able to find a solution. I ended up signing up for Amazon SES and used their Free Tier to send invoices that way. Have not had a problem since.

Did you find a solution ? When I send an email to a gmail adresse, it works well and when I send to Outlook it goes to spam ... I use a external server to send the email

Open your Junk Email folder and select the messages you want to keep. From the top toolbar, select Not junk > Not junk (or Not spam > Not spam). You can also open the message and select the It's not junk link at the top.

This May Work,
