HI,
We have an issue with the incoming mail alias-sen of the helpdesk.
We have multiple companies within the same MS azure Tenant.
All mail addresses are alias-sen of the holding. So the holding is A and companies are b,c,d
Example:
info@b.com is an alias of info@a.com. Mail send to info@b.com will be visible in info@a.com.
Odoo will pull this mail from info@a.com but can't connect it to the helpdesk because in the orginal header of the mail info@b.com is still there.
Any suggestion how to solve this?
