Ex : Water is of Product and its UOM is of 'Bottle' but while selling through POS is of 'ML'. So I need to choose UOM Manually in POS ?

For single product eg. water i need sell as both ways bottle and ml. so i need to select uom while selling in pos

Yes , we used to sell the product in both ways 1) Bottle 2) milliliters

You could use or build a module similar to https://www.odoo.com/apps/modules/8.0/pos_weight/, but I'm not sure if this is a valuable solution. You should  rather think about properly designing and setting up your products. What exactly do you sell? Water by the glass (or any other quantity) or bottles of different sizes?

If you sell by the glass, you should use bill of materials of type "Set", if you sell bottles of different sizes you should use different products.
