Importing tag to be added to existing ones

Question

I have a list of partners (in excel file) that i want a tag to be added to.
They already have some tags, so I can't use the import feature beacuse if I import the tag column, the existings tags are deleted.
Using import is there any way to add a tag to an existing partner that already has some tag ?

for e.g. you have customer (partner) who have tag 'test tag'. so if you export you will have such thing:

Tags
__export__.res_partner_346_b714bf30    test tag
so your import file to add more tags(they have to be in system) would be like this(it works fine(just some time to prepeare file:

Tags

__export__.res_partner_346_b714bf30
Need review,test tag,3
