I'm using v14.
I have been trying to make a .xlsx file that can import both tickets and messages that are related to the tickets. I'm trying to relate them via message.res_id but i'm getting error (i'm translating from spanish so maybe the error message is not precise):
Unknown error during import : 217 between rows 2 and 4
Is it actually possible to import tickets and its messages?
It's dificul to paste something useful here, so i'm going to list the fields on the header:
- display name
- customer
- assigned to
- ticket type
- stage
- messages
- messages/subject
- messages/author
- messages/contents
- messages/related document id
can you show file? just header. it imports without any problems.
ok. it seems the solution is import the ticket info (no messages) first and then in settings->technical menu->messages import the messages of the ticket.
you can import message and in helpdesk. just first step-import ticket. second step export external id(of imported ticket). third step-lookup your file with external id and import message to tickets.
