I currently use Odoo 11.0 community version and I'm thinking of migrating to Enterprise Edition but I'm not sure of what I'll get or loose. Most importantly I would like to know if I'll need a partner or Odoo will directly help me in terms of providing support and all...

Hi,
By migrating into odoo enterprise edition you can get all the enterprise features into your database, as you have asked in the question there is no data loose in the process. For this you can directly connect to odoo or any odoo local partners and tell about your case, how you have set up odoo, how many custom modules etc and just see what they are offering.

about what support you talking? bug? some how - yes. but most things - customize, work flow adoptions - partners or by you self.
