We are testing Odoo Community before making the decision whether to go forward with Odoo Enterprise or Community depending on what features we end up requiring)

I have Odoo running on a Windows 2012 R2 server.  When I access Odoo pages like Apps or Contacts, it wraps to the browser width as you would expect in Chrome and Firefox.  When viewing the same pages in Internet Explorer, the elements extend far off the right of the view and you end up having to use a scroll bar that shows up at the bottom to be able to see everything.

Is this a bug or is there some piece of configuration that I am missing?  We are currentlt testing 9.0c-20151217
