I develop on Odoo 15 I would like to develop a payment acquirer. I wanted to integrate Payment Acquirer from my country but I don't know how to proceed

Odoo has provided core architecture to develop and payment acquirer module.
payment module is core module for this. upon payment module default odoo provide lots of payment acquirer to get and idea for new integration.
i would suggest to get sandbox and test credentials for your payment integration.
