i have gone through all these steps menationed below but the email is not sent and i want to use the subscription code to odoo sh for my new project.

1. Login to odoo my home

2. Click Subscriptions

3. Click the Subscription Code you used incorrectly

4. Scroll down to Database and select Access --> Change Database

5. Copy the code and use it in the new database


The System Administrator of the old database will be sent an email asking to confirm the switch.  Following the instructions in that email will unlink the old database so you can use the code in a different one.

The old database will then automatically expire and be deleted if another code is not added, so be sure to download a backup if you want anything from it.

Since the confirmation email never arrived and the code is still locked to the old database, the quickest solution is to, open a ticket with Odoo Support. Explain that you followed the “Change Database” steps, provide the subscription code and the URLs of both the old and new databases, and ask them to unlink the code manually or resend the confirmation email. They’re the only ones who can release the code on their end, and giving them those details up front will speed things along.
