i want to migrate odoo 11 on cloudways. how can i upload the database ? please help

Go to https://<your domain>:<port>/web/database/manager of your current provider and click on the Backup button to export the database to a zip file. Then got to the similar url of your new provider and click on Restore Database to upload it to the new server.
NOTE:
This assumes both environments are running on the same version of Odoo and the size of your database is not large.
The port portion in the URLs may not be needed if you have configured the system to run Odoo on the deault ports.
