I have a set of projects, I want to create a specific stock for each project, and only users assigned to this project who will have access to its specific stock.

Excuse me to reopen the post, sorry I am not an accountant, and I don't want use the accounting module for now if its possible, just the stock, sales order, delivery.
I need for your help to start my Odoo project, I will explain you my real need:
Our company have a headquarter and some regional offices.
each regional office must have its own stock, bank, checkout.
The headquarter have an access to its own data and to all regional offices.
I must use the multi-company functionality for that, or you have another tips ?
