hi,
i am install odoo v9 in Ubuntu 14.04 and purchase paid theme for E-commerce site now i want to apply theme in my odoo setup so how can i do this ?

1) After purchase theme you have zip file of theme
2) Extract it
3) Put extracted zip folder on your server.
4) Upgrade addons
5) Find theme in addons and Install it.
You can't do this. You have to wait until the themes are ported to version 9.0 or port them yourself.
