SOLUTION
Whenever you are in Odoo 14, 15 or 16 you have a functionality that allows you to add Google Font and respecting the German GDPR requirements.
1. Go to your website and click on the Edit button.
2. Select the Options tab.
3. Go to your Fonts and click on the "Add a Google Font" button.
4. Insert the link of your desired Google font and deactivate the "Serve font from Google servers" option. Then save.
All the used fonts on the website should be integrated on the website with this process to match the German requirements.
Please note that if you use several font family in your website, you have to manually change the setting for each family.
In fact, this is not a specifically German requirement but results from the EU-wide GDPR. Unfortunately, certain lawyers in Germany have made a business model out of this and are busy writing warnings with cost notes (we have already received several). There are no court judgements on this yet, but caution is advised. In this respect, I am grateful for this advice!
