Hi,

I am trying to clean up the message after testing trial and error but now I can't remove some email.

Example, you send a message from Odoo platform to a document with 5 followers. Odoo will sent the email to the followers.

Version: 13.0

Expected behavior:
*Can remove the email by OdooBot and bounce@companydomain.com*
*
*
Actual behavior:
*Can't remove the email.*

Did you try with Super User?
If not, please activate super user and try it again.
