I created my server incoming and outgoing settings and successfully tested the connection. I've clicked on the user, Action, Portal Access Management, Extra Rights, clicked on Portal checkbox and saved and the customer received his pwd message and logged in so I know everything is working fine.
I wish to temporarily deactivate my incoming and outgoing mail server info because last time we tried back in openerp, it sent a bunch of messages to a bunch of customers and it was quite overwhelming.
While we get things set up I would like to deactivate the settings, how do I do that?
