You can create a backup from your database by going to the link:

http://[Odoo-server-address]:8069/web/database/selector

There you can select, "Manage databases" so you will be prompted with all your databases running on that server. When you click "Backup" behind the database you get the image below. Select under "Backup Format" the option that says Includes Filestore which means you will get all your attachments etc.
