I want to use openerp on my company. My company sell, rent office equipments (new and SH), sell and delivery spare parts for them and consumables (toner, etc.). Also we performed maintenance and service (programed or on demand). I search but I don't find posibility to manage all external requests (from customer, employers) and internal (programed tasks and another "to do" proposal) in one common list. I want to see in one place all needed activitys of the day (what is to do for all company) and in paralell every category of requests to be managed individualy in they category ( like traditionaly sale oeder from warehouse module). If anybody have an idea what modules are necesarys please help me.

There is an app available in Odoo apps store: https://www.odoo.com/apps/modules/10.0/ti_service/

This module helps the service provider companies to get recorded the services they provide to the customers and generate an invoice on the basis of expenses occurred while trying to support the service call, the time that he has spent in travelling, his hourly charge and also products that he might have used.
