can someone guide me the way how fees are managed in odoo 8 in educat?

Hi Ahmed,
In openeducat you can generate Invoices for student form student profile. There is no Fees Management feature.
But you can extend openeducat and Add Fees Management feature. You can develop Fees Management module form scratch or you can modify this Module to suit your requirement.
