Hi there, Kindly guide me for how to make available "Lead Generation" option in Event - Configuration. I have already selected "Leads" in CRM - Configuration - Setting.

Activate CRM App
Make sure the CRM module is installed and active in your database.

Enable Leads (optional)
Go to CRM → Configuration → Settings

  • Enable the "Leads" feature under Leads & Opportunities if you want to separate them from Opportunities.

Open Events Module
Go to Events → Configuration → Settings

Enable Lead Generation

  • Look for the option: "Lead Generation"
  • Tick the checkbox "Create leads/opportunities from event registrations"

Create or Edit an Event

  • Under the event settings, you’ll now see a Lead Generation tab.
  • Configure it to create leads based on registrations, specific ticket types, or attendee criteria.

Automatic Lead Creation

  • Once someone registers for an event, a lead/opportunity will be automatically created in CRM based on the config.
