When I insert a partner with xmlrpc the partner is only visible for me, but not other users of openerp. Is there a specific relation that needs to be set, to make the partner visible to all?

It is fixid but i can not close the question, i do not have enough karma. I put a res.company on the partner, but i had to set a res.partner as company. And put on the partner ther parent_id. Now they appear for everyone.
