How to handle multi-vairant in sale order value

Question

Suppose i have product A
with 3 variant attribute for example
color : red,green,blue,black,yellow
kg : 1,2,3,4 and so on 100
size : s,m,l,xl
the system will generate extremly high number of variant
suppose i have a customer want to order product A,  color : green, Kg : 5, size : s
how do i actually search for this product ? in sale order line

In the sale order line when you select for product you will see all the products. Select your product

KG is not a good match for Variants.  It is much better to sell in the Unit of Measure KG instead.
PRODUCT setup something like this:

When adding to a Sales Order, you can select from the dropdown:

Or, train users to click SEARCH MORE and filter by the attribute(s):

Then enter the QTY of KG on the line:
