Versoin: Odoo 11.0
I want to get/download (Any Format) from Odoo to other web-portal, means i have invoice id and by clicking download button i need to ger invoice by invoice_id, Odoo Credentials

If you having the data with you then try to look How to make a pdf file. or how to generate a PDF file in odoo.
Just make the pdf file with your invoice data and id and set the pdf template just like the normal invoice and the pdf ie, invoice will get downloaded.
