I just install odoo 11 in my windows 10 computer and was really simple, but now I want to enable gzip compression and leverage browser caching and I don't have any idea how to do that. Any help is appreciated.
Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software.
It includes hundreds of business apps:
- CRM
- e-Commerce
- Accounting
- Inventory
- PoS
- Project management
- MRP

I am not an expert but I would suggest to install a server if you don't have one yet. Most popular are Apache and Nginx. SInce official Odoo documentation have samples for Nginx that could be the way.
1. Download and install Nginx ( http://nginx.org/en/docs/windows.html )
2. Set the proper nginx config, you can find it in \here , just copy the entire config from the section named "Configuration Sample". Gzip config is in the last four lines:
# common gzip gzip_types text/css text/less text/plain text/xml application/xml application/json application/javascript; gzip on; }
Consider switching to Linux at some point as there might be some Windows-related cons.
