How to display form widget in a custom template?

Hi,

I want to put a widget "selection" and a widget "float_time" in a custom template for my module. This template is not a form but a modified calendar. I want to put this fields in the top of page to create a "quick selection" for users in javascript. I don't want a submit button, just this 2 fields.
