I have tried to create and email template to the trensient model bit it shows me an error because the trensient model doesn't save data so can u please help me?

It will be better if you can update the code or steps that you have tried, also nice if you share the screen shot of the error message that you get.
Odoo allows you to add email template for transient model, if you go to Settings -> Technical -> Email -> Templates, there is no domain for the model field and you can choose the transient model from it. Also you can see a mail template named "Portal: new user" for the transient model portal.wizard.user
