Hi,
We have Odoo 9.0c (Community edition) and we are very satisfied with it, but some of our people complain about when they get assigned to a task, there is no description of the task they have been assigned to in the notification email.
It writes the task name into the subject, of course, but in the message body it would be nice to see the description of that task, instead of only seeing something like this:
- Stage : -> Tasks
- Kanban State : -> In Progress
- Project : -> Project Name
- Assigned to : -> Username
- Task Title : False -> Client Feedback
(And of course two buttons to view the task or unfollow it.)
Does anyone know a way to achieve this? I saw this (https://www.odoo.com/forum/help-1/question/how-to-add-message-s-body-to-issue-or-task-description-when-user-sending-mail-to-project-alias-116991) post and also tried to modify the email templates in Settings -> Email -> Templates, but I couldn't really do much.
