How to add a Timestamp in the Log/Chatter when product is changed/updated/or archived?

Hello,

Odoo 15:

Is it possible to easily add functionality (such as an automated action) for when a product is updated (such as price or category is changed) that it automatically logs this in the chatter?

For example - if you update a contact email address, this change is shown in the chatter on the contact's profile. I would like the same to occur for product changes, or indeed when a product is archived.

Example: ("User 1 archived this product on 11/11/2022" or "User 1 changed the cost_pr
